Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-C5AUZM) and the following observations were made during inspection: - Both walk-in coolers were repaired and found in good working order. - Temperature of walk-in cooler in main kitchen maintained at 4C. - Temperature of walk-in cooler in auxiliary kitchen recorded at 3C. - Door of main kitchen walk-in cooler was repaired and 3 holes were sealed. - To ensure adequate air circulation inside main kitchen walk-in cooler, vinyl strip curtain door was also installed. NOTE - Correction Order issued on July 26, 2021 was rescinded at the time of inspection.
