Correction: Sanitizer bucket must be present at each preparation area. Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # SSZO-CDNU49 of Apr-20-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: 2 out of 3 handsinks in kitchen is obstructed. One handsink has a big bowl sitting on sink, and the other has a small bowl inside the sink. Correction: Handwashing stations must be clear of items and accessible at all times. This violation has been coded multiple times. Correction Order issued.
