Observation: Dishwasher observed not working during inspection. Staff indicated dishwasher was in the process of being replaced.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace dishwasher to ensure all food contact surfaces are adequately cleaned and sanitized. Date to be completed by: immediately. SINGLE USE plates and utensils are to be used for snack and lunch service until dishwasher is repaired.

CORRECTION NEEDED: Date due by: immediately
- To prevent further enforcement, repair/replace dishwasher by next follow-up inspection. SINGLE USE plates and utensils are to be used for food service. Dishwasher is to be repaired before returning to full service hours. Update the undersigned and community care licensing officer on earliest repair date.

NOTE: Facility currently serving 2 meals a day for two classes twice a week until end of August. Staff correctly demonstrated three-compartment sink method during inspection. Dish washer MUST be in good working order before returning to full capacity service.

Observations During Inspection:
- Hand sinks stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- Premises in great sanitary condition
- All refrigeration units holding 4 C or below
- Freezers holding -18 C or colder
- No signs of pests
- FoodSafe certified staff present
- Chemicals observed stored separately from food
- Chlorine sanitizer observed at 100 ppm
- Hand washing observed during inspection
- Sink plugs available for compartment sinks
- Raw food stored below all ready to eat foods in refrigeration units
- Foods covered in cooler and freezers
