Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, observed staff responsible for ware washing not sanitizing baking pans, trays, etc. in 100ppm bleach at the 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): As per your sanitation plan, ensure all dishes and utensils are washed, rinsed, sanitized in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes, then air dryed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection hand sink not provided with liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sanitizer is not an acceptable alternative to liquid soap for proper hand washing. Liquid soap in pump style bottle placed next to the hand sink. Ensure this hand sink is provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 unfinished plywood boards for general purpose use and trays still observed onsite.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Do not use unfinished plywood boards for food processing. Use stainless steel trays or any trays that are made of food grade material.
