Observation: Cutting board on prep cooler is heavily stained. Hardened food debris observed on tongs.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the cutting board and tongs. Use a diluted bleach solution to help remove stains on the cutting boards (1/2 teaspoon household bleach per 1L of water).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several containers of food were uncovered in the walk-in cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Three compartment sink was left overnight without cleaning. Food scraps were observed in the sink. Flies were observed over the sink.
2. A container with leftover food product was left out on the floor nearby the three compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the sink. Ensure food scraps are not left out overnight as this will attract pests.

Observation: Accumulation of food debris observed on the floors along the walls. High touch surfaces such as cooler handles also need cleaning.
