Inspection report: 262411

The facility was classified as a F-other but learned that they are cooking /serving ready to eat food on site. ( greak salads, stuffings, Asian noodle salads, Caesar pasta salad, broccoli salad, Jon's pulled pork, butter chicken , etc ).
- Violation 103 please submit the new application form so we can reclassified your facility form F-other to FE-1 ( copy of the new application is enclosed , and permit fee will be collected at the time of follow up inspection )
- Violation 306 please clean walk in cooler ( walls and shelving )
Store all food in the food grade containers, covered with lid

One person per shift - hold a FS level 1

Quat used as approved sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink ( test strips are available for daily monitoring )
