Permit posted in a visible location. FoodSafe Certified staff present during operation. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied. QUATs surface sanitizer solution at 200ppm. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing with QUATs dispenser registering at 200ppm. High temperature dishwasher at 74C at plate surface. Front display coolers at 4C or below. Back stand-up freezer with pastries at -17 (far corner) and additional back freezer at -12C. Drive thru coolers at 4C or below. Front coolers by POS at 4C or below. Employees in uniform with hair tied back/covered. No pest issues noted during inspection. General sanitation and maintenance of facility is good.
