Comments

- Baseboard has been replaced with multiple plastic boxes to support ice machine. Advised the manager that this is not the best design as there is no access to the space inside the box. Manager stated it can be lifted with 3 people and the floor underneath the plastic box can be regularly cleaned. If the sanitation level cannot be maintained and/or there is presence of fruit flies originating from water pooling from this area, different baseboard will be requested.
