Permit posted and up to date. FoodSafe Certified staff present during operation. Hand washing sink adequately supplied. Ensure papertowel is placed in a proper dispenser. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing - QUATs dispenser at 200ppm. QUATs surface sanitizer readily available and registering at 200ppm. Coolers at 4C or below. Food stored off the floor. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition and ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner. General sanitation and maintenance of premises is satisfactory. Employee hair covered/tied and in uniform. Note: Cleaning by drains under cupboard required.
