Corrective Action(s): Must discard the black peppers that has fallen out of plastic bag. Ensure bags are tied so the paper packages of black peppers do not fall out. Corrected by: end of day. Front: -General organization okay -Hand washing sink had hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. -Quats sanitizer 200ppm (spray bottle), used for surfaces. -Temperatures: Milkshake/smoothies -18C Sandwich/creamer display cooler 4C Walk-in cooler 4C Red bull cooler (next to cashier) 4C Ice cream cooler -18C Back area: -Organization at the back can be improved, packaged drinks at the receiving door stored on the floor. Staff mentioned that they will be moved to the shelf soon. For the future, must have all food items at least 6" off the floor at all times.
