Noted issues are addressed with the exception: - wall mounted liquid soap dispenser is required beside hand washing sink at front (produce area )- install and send a picture for file *Bleach solution (or other sanitizer/disinfectant) to be available at product washing station ( made at time of visit) at all time Increase the frequency of cleaning to maintain satisfactory level at this facility- Revise the cleaning schedule to reflect this.
