Routine inspection conducted:
Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water

All temperatures satisfactory:
-All Coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Stove in back area with ventilation fumehood used to cook previously frozen soups
-Pepperoni and Kolbassa are smoked on site. Meats are smoked/cooked to an internal temperature of 168 deg F (or 75 deg C) within 4 hours, per updated food safety plan.
-Floor around smoke unit was kept in clean/sanitary condition
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-3 compartment sink in back area with bleach available to sanitize
-Quat sanitizer spray at 200 ppm Quats located in front area at the handwash station
-FoodSafe certified staff member on site
-All foods stored off floor
-Permit is posted behind counter and has valid decal
