- Handwash station in kitchen, front service area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers- upright storage coolers,prep cooler - all measured at less than 4C
- Freezer unit is less than -18C
- Accurate thermometers are available in all coolers and freezers
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 75C during final rinse cycle at dish level
- Sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual in spray bottle and in bucket
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity noted
