Routine Inspection Conducted - Facility in process of moving to another location in the area - to be finalized approximately one month. Gave business card - please contact me and submit health application form, floor plans, and food safety and sanitation plans. Floor plans must be reviewed by Fraser Health and Health Approval must be given prior to opening new location. General Inspection: -All coolers < 4°C; freezers < -18°C -Bleach spray available at 100ppm. Equipment washed and sanitized in three-compartment sink. Scoops stored outside candy bins. -General sanitation adequate (clutter from moving). -No signs of pests observed.
