Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked noodles observed to be cooling on metal table beside the dishwasher pit.
Corrective Action(s): Counter space next to dishwasher pit is not for food prep, DO NOT DO FOOD PREP THERE.

Comments

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CRFUUK and the following observations were made:
- Prepped food portions were observed to be half of what it use to be
- Bags of rice on floor relocated to storage area
- No incorrect thawing practices observed
- Back screen door opening has been sealed with door sweeper
- Additional cutting boards purchased to be used instead of wooden cutting block. Communicated to operator that the wooden block will be removed from premises if anyone is seen using it going forward.
- 2 door cooler racks painted over to remove rust from being exposed
- Single use containers all removed from premises
- Temperature logs maintained and updated daily
