Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Operator informed that in-use utensils are washed and sanitized every 30 minutes. Time tracking available.
Sanitation of facility satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility observed to be well maintained.
