A follow-up inspection was completed: - Meeting with owner to discuss results of the routine inspection and the unapproved processing of food occurring in the premises. - The owner was found processing food in March 2023 and was instructed to stop and to remove all equipment. The owner was provided info on how to obtain health approval to process food. - The premises does NOT meet health regulations or standards to process to food safely. - A closure order was issued as a health hazard exists. - Tickets and fines can be issued, as the owner repeatedly chooses to ignore health regulations after the process of obtaining health approval has been explained numerous times and materials provided to him. **Contact our office to schedule a follow-up inspection when all the actions, outlined in the closure order, have fully been completed**
