Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - During time of inspection, no paper towels were available at handwashing sink located in main preparation area
- Staff moved paper towel from washroom to handwashing sink in preparation area but now there are no paper towels in the washroom.
- Staff called operator during time of inspection, and operator informed that paper towels will be arriving in 30 minutes
- Paper towels available by end of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Always have an adequate supply of equipment required in your restaurant!
- ALL handwashing stations must ALWAYS be adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
