Handsink was adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. 2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs. Upright one door cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and equipped with a thermometer. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. Bleach was available on-site. Ensure fresh 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer is setup for events and during times of food preparation/service.
