Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method. 3rd compartment full of sanitizer measuring 100 ppm chlorine. =Bleach sanitizer solution approximately 100 ppm chlorine available in spray bottles =General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, however some cleaning required on drying tray above the blenders. =General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection.
