Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer was measured at approximately 50ppm in cloth bucket and mixer sanitizing cup. Staff state these are refilled approximately every 1-2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Increase frequency of sanitizer replacement to every 0.5 hours. Ensure that if the solution becomes cloudy, it is replaced. Strength must be maintained at 200ppm to ensure efficacy of the sanitizer.
