Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer is being dispensed at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer bottle is nearly empty. Bottle changed during inspection and air bubbles removed. Quats is now dispensed at about 150/200ppm. Provide accurate test strips for staff and adjust so that quats sanitizer is dispensed at 200ppm always as per directions on the label.

Coolers at 4 C/40F or colder.
Hot holding soup - soup temperature is at 60C/140F or hotter.
Freezers - ok.
Ingredient information available.
Reminder to use an accurate thermometer to verify fridge and cooler temperatures daily (note that one thermometer is broken /NSF thermometers recommended).
Reviewed menu (mainly baked goods, soup, wraps, sandwiches). Food safety plans are available (ie posted for soup).
Manager on site has valid food safety (equivalent) training (one person per shift required to have food safety training).
Reminder to update prior to 5 year expiry (Food Safe Level 1 training - or equivalent training - expires after 5 years so renew prior to expiry).
Hand washing station - good.
Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and automatically dispensed is not strong enough to sanitize - see above. Provide test strips and check daily.
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse (>71C/160F measured inside of the machine) and 180F or hotter for final rinse to be shown on the gauge (check daily).
Sanitation plan and cleaning - update routine cleaning schedule - see above. Add cleaning ceiling of ice machine to schedule.
Pest control - monitoring in place and no evidence of pests today.
