Follow up inspection to report#YTAN-AQJUNK
- Raw fish fillets were being thawed inside the upright cooler at < 4C. Please ensure to wrap them with plastic wraps.
- The leaking sliding glass door of the upright cooler has been fixed.
- The main handwashing sink was easily accessible.
- Kitchen floors are kept clean.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Last pest control inspection conducted in October. Pest control inspection is conducted monthly.
