Follow-up to report #ZDER-C5TUBF -Coat rack available for employee personal items/clothing/bags -Sanitizer bottle labelled - 100 ppm chlorine detected -All hot foods on grill noted at 80 C or hotter (must be 60 C or higher) -Cardboard used as containers to hold food replaced with pest proof containers with lids -All 3 ice cream scoopers appear to be clean and stored in sanitary container - practice has changed - after each use the scooper is placed in sink and washed in 3 comp sink before returning to scooper holder above ice cream freezer. Required correction still: 1. Blocked small handsink with garbage - move garbage to another location - next to 3 comp sink is an option 2. Soap pump in small handsink - not mounted - mount soap dispenser on wall - wall space is available *Review options - consult Fraser Health if assistance is needed. Correction date: 2 weeks
