- QUATS sanitizer spray bottle was at 400ppm; third compartment sink sanitizer was at 200ppm (manufacturers' test strips)
- No signs of pests at time of inspection. Pest control services are provided by Ecolab.
- All coolers were at 4C or less; thermometers in place
