- All handwash statation equipped w/hot/cold water, soap, paper towel
- All refridgeration units are </=4C and freezer </=-18C
- Bucket sanitizer are time stamped, labeled and filled with 100ppm chlorine
- low temperature dishwasher had 100ppm chlorine residual
- All food storage is separate from chemical storage and 6" off the ground.
- Hot holding units ar eall >/=60C. food stored in room temperature are time stamped and discarded every 2h.
- Ice machine are clean and stored with ice scoops
- 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available to dispose.
- General sanitation is good, no pest observed during inspection
- Operator with food safe certificate present on site and permit posted in visible area
