Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated August 03, 2021 there were 14 children and 2 staff present in the Group Child Care 30 months to School Age and 6 children and 2 staff in the Group Child Care under 36 months. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Items contravened at the previous inspection was addressed appropriately. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. The Manager was unavailable at this inspection, the staffs were available to assist and answer all questions. This inspection was written off site and a copy was emailed to the facility.
