Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handsink in the bar area was lacking paper towel
- Handsink near walk-in cooler in the back area was blocked with the mop bucket in the front and there was no paper towel
Corrective Action(s): - Provide adequate supplies at the handsinks, ensure that paper towels are stocked.
- Donot store any items at the front and ensure that handsinks are easily accessible at all times

Observation: Frozen bags of food were left in a container in the prep sink to thaw. Surface temperature was measured at 2C
Corrective Action(s): - Always thaw frozen foods inside cooler overnight at temperature less than 4C or alternatively you can thaw frozen food items under running cold water

Observation: Fruit flies were observed in the bar area near handsink
Corrective Action(s): - Clean and sanitize the area on regular basis. Ensure that no food debris is left on any surfaces, flush the drains on regular basis. Get the pest control company to provide adequate traps to control fruit flies

- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C
- Sanitizer in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- Dishwasher is dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual at the dish surface during final cycle
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
