Observation: Observation: Observed a sink covered with a milk crate with signage displaying "do not use". As per staff the plumbing fixture has plumbing issues that need to be addressed.

Routine Inspection:
- Hot / cold water, paper towel, and liquid soap were available at the hand washing station near the coffee area

Temperatures:
- All fridges were below 4C during inspection
- All freezers were below -18C during inspection
- Thermometers present in all fridges and freezers
- Creamer & Milk dispensers were below 4C during inspection
- Coffee creamers provided for patrons were self stable due to preservatives

General Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Food products follow first-in first-out policy
- Food products are stored 6-inches above the ground
- General sanitation and cleanliness of facility is adequate
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Ice is from an approved source
- Back garbage bins are in good order
- Inside of drink fridge was clean and sanitary

Administrative:
- Temperature logs were available and maintained
- Pest control in place and records were available during inspection.
