-Follow-up inspection to May 13, 2019.
-No hot potentially hazardous foods cooling in the cooler at the time of inspection. Operator will make hot foods tonight for cooling. Operator has purchased ice to make an ice bath to cool foods. Ensure foods are cooled from 60C tin 20C in 2 hours or less and from 20C to 4C in 4 hours or less.
-Vegetable cutter was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-Did not find any used aluminum foil covering wicker baskets at the time of inspection.
-Food is no longer covered with used plastic bags. Bags are discarded after each use.
-2-door prep cooler cannot be repaired. Operator has purchased a new prep cooler. Cooler unit was plugged into this morning and was at 4C. Foods will be transferred tonight.
-Single door cooler has been removed from the facility.
-Cleaning has been carried out in the sweets cooler.
