Observation: There is only cold water at hand sink in pizza prep area (no hot water from faucet). The faucet at the back area triple sink only has hot water (cold water faucet cannot be turned on).
Corrective Action(s): Food handling staff must have easy access to a designated hand washing sink with hot and cold water under pressure. Correct as soon as possible and provide timeline for providing hot water at hand sink and repair of cold water faucet at triple sink.

Comments

Follow up inspection.
Hot and cold water to be provided for hand washing - see above and notify Fraser Health - complete as soon as possible.
In meantime, staff can wash hands with cold water and wear disposable gloves.
Quats in sanitizing sink is at 200ppm - good.
Permit to Operate - now has valid permit.
Recommend that you provide a pest monitoring trap at back of hot water tank to monitor for pests. Keep this area clean to help with monitoring for pests.
