Back area:
Janitorial room was in good condition.
Compactor room was tidy. However, some sweeping required in the receiving area (between and underneath pallettes).
Overall, receiving area and back walkway area were in sanitary condition. Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
Walk-in freezer (baked goods) was at -15 deg C.
Walk-in freezer (for all other frozen goods was at -6 to -10 deg C. (open close - staff was inside organizing).
Walk-in dairy cooler was at 4 deg C or colder.
Note: Black pallettes in the dairy cooler need to be take out and floor requires thorough cleaning. Debris build up underneath these pallettes.
Display coolers were at 3-6 deg C. Watch product level especially in the cheese section. Do not over fill.
Display freezers were at -20 to -30 deg C.
Overall sanitation of the store was in very good.
Public washrooms provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
