Follow up conducted with regard to complaint received by our office. Complainant reported; Spider noted in hot soup, complainant provided a picture. Complainant stated that he showed this to the facility staff the soup is changed. -Facility manager was not on site, talked to her on phone she was not aware of the complaint. -Checked the facility no spider noted. -Pest control is servicing the facility.
