- Bleach sanitizer in bucket measured at 100ppm chlorine. *Do not mix detergent with bleach.
- Low temperature dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine from the final rinse water.
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition.
