Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer available for use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach solution or 200ppm quats solution is available for use at all times. This was mentioned in your previous inspection.

Observation: Accurate indicating thermometers missing for the 2 under the counter coolers, storage room cooler, and storage room freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain accurate indicating thermometers for the above noted refrigeration equipment. Correct by June 18, 2018. Monitor and record temperatures for all coolers and freezers. Have records available for review at all times.

Routine inspection:

Under the counter single door cooler at ~6 degrees C. Staff observed frequently accessing this cooler for preparing beverage. Do not overstock with dairy products.
Under the counter 2 door cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Display cooler at 3 degrees C.
Storage area cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer at -15 degrees C.
Stirrers washed in high temperature dishwasher on a frequent basis.
High temperature dishwasher registers 74 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Bleach sanitizer solution made to 100ppm. Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. ***Provide liquid soap and paper towels at the coffee dump station at the front also.***
