Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener, multiple scoops for dry food items were found with caked-on debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize utensils.
Ensure the scoops are stored with the handle upward to prevent it touching food items during storage.
Ensure proper scoops with handles are used instead of bowls.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Containers of foods were being stored without lids inside the middle walk-in coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Cover the containers to prevent cross contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of previously frozen shrimps were being thawed in the sink in standing water.

-under running cold water (fully submerged)
-in a microwave when being used promptly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A spray bottle filled with bleach was found at the food preparation area. The chlorine concentration could not be measured (bleaching out the test strip).
Corrective Action(s): Remove the bottle or dilute the concentration to foodsafe level.
If being used as a food contact sanitizer, ensure chlorine concentration of 100-200ppm.
If not, please store it in a chemical storage to prevent chemical hazard.

-Handwashing stations are equipped with cold/hot running water, soap, paper towel.
-Hot water dishwasher was measured at 71.1C at the dish level
-All coolers were measured at 4C or below.
-All freezers were measured at -18C or below.
