Observation: 1) Various sauces in squeeze bottles left at room temperature and did not observe any time stamping for when these bottles were filled:
-Ranch dressing
-BBQ sauce
-Garlic Parmesan sauce



2) Individually prepackaged dipping garlic sauce at room temperature. Operator indicated they were brought out approximately 2 hours prior to inspection (at opening).
Corrective Action(s): 1) Above mentioned sauces in squeeze bottles discarded. Follow manufacturer's directions for all sauces being held at room temperature and time track them (record what time they were taken out of the fridge/filled). Ensure to wash/rinse/sanitize bottles before re-filling.

2) Move the dipping sauces to the walk in cooler. Do not leave out at room temperature.
