Comments

Ensure milkshake wand is being sanitized after every use - operator had concerns of using sanitizer on wand, a fresh water rinse may be followed after the sanitizer. Operator placed two cups - one with sanitizer and one with fresh water at unit.
Recommend having sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink adjusted - was over 200ppm.
Obtain Quats test strips to ensure the sanitizer dispenser is monitored daily.
