The operator had suggested to put ice cubes in the vegetable containers in the front condiment cooler.
This option is allowed with the following conditions are met:
1. Ensure food temperature is less than 4oC
2. Ensure new ice cubes are refilled every 2 hours

Dishwasher was maintained @ 50ppm Cl.
A temp log was available for the front condiment cooler
A sneeze guard will be installed for the bottom compartment at the front condiment cooler.
