Observation: 1. Observed some biofilm growth on top of a plastic part inside the ice machine.
2. Some dust buildup on the filter outside of the ice machine.
3. Noticed that some shelves are getting a little sticky.
Correction: Ensure to clean & sanitize the noted areas. The operator has started cleaning at the time of inspection.

Note: Small build up of grease under deep fryers, recommend cleaning this area in the near future.
