Comments

Kitchen no longer staffed during week days. Only operate during weekends to cook breakfast. Food for the residents are brought over from Maria Keary Cottage in individual dishes and served here. Operator reports there are no plans to hire additional kitchen staff in the future as per last year. - Walk in cooler 3C - Freezer no longer being used. Now used for storage purposes. - Walk in cooler equipped with thermometer - 2 compartment sinks equipped with sink plugs - High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 73.4C on dish surface - Vents maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Individual plates stored in walk in cooler with resident names (from Maria Keary Cottage Kitchen) - No sign of pests - General sanitation satisfactory
