- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Walk-in freezer at -9C.
- All hot held food items (soups, hashbrown, potato wedges, shredded chicken, eggs) measured at 60C or above.
- Hot temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse.
- QUAT sanitizer in red buckets and from source measured at 200ppm.
- Overall sanitation is good.
- Drain plugs are available for 3 compartment sink.
- Abell pest control/monitoring biweekly. No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.

*One walk-in cooler unit (there are total of two WIC) is not in use as one WIC is sufficient to hold the required inventory. Ensure there is a signage on the door that it is not in use.
*Cabinet cooler unit at the front not in working order. Manager states this unit is not needed as there are enough number of coolers. Consider removing the unit if it is not required for operation.
*Ensure ice machine is cleaned thoroughly weekly to prevent stain/mould build up.
