Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection on May 17 - All foods are stored above ground. Foods are covered inside coolers and freezers. - Sanitation improved greatly, all surfaces (wall + coolers) were cleaned. - Sanitizer solution available in kitchen and front services area tested @ 100 ppm chlorine, cloths stored in solution. Ensure to change solution every 4 hrs / as needed. - The back storage area was better organized, floor was cleaned. Ensure when conducting daily cleaning, reach in to the corners. Keep the back storage organized, do not accumulate clutter, only keep items that are needed for day to day operation. - Operator obtained new rubber hammer for smashing ginger. *Shelves in walkin coolers are old and have rust exposed, please repaint/replace shelves prior to next inspection.
