- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C. Clean the fan grill.
- Walk in freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C
- open face freezer temperature varies from -10 to -15 degree C. Monitor the open face freezer and ensure freezer maintains temperature at or below -18 degree C
- General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection

Reminder: All food products requiring refrigeration must be kept at or below 4 degree C. Peeled garlic and baby carrots moved to the walk in cooler display.
