Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.

Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Equipment in good working order.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
Food service is currently provided with single use containers and utensils.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
Hot holding units not in use at the time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer in use at 200 ppm in spray bottle and wiping bucket.
