- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels
- All coolers at 4C and below
- Walk in Freezer -18C and below
- Pizza is time tracked, 2hours max and pizza is discarded. Pizza is reheated to order
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle and at dispenser measure 200ppm
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- Ventilation hood looks well maintained, no accumulation of grease observed.
- No signs of pests
- Manager has valid FOODSAFE
- Permit is posted.

Note:
- Prep cooler was not in use at time of inspection. A cooler that only holds inserts was being used and placed on top of the broken prep cooler.
>>> Please ensure prep cooler is fixed as soon as possible to ensure proper food handling and sufficient storage of cold potentially hazardous foods.
- Observed staff wiping down counter tops without use of sanitizer. Please ensure sanitizer is when cleaning tables and food contact surfaces.
- Please ensure each shift has a staff with valid FOODSAFE certificate

- Discarded pizza observed stored underneath the display cabinet. Please ensure all discarded food are throw out in a timely manner to avoid attracting pests.
