-Follow-up inspection to June 25, 2019. -Operator has purchase all temperature dishwashing detergent. -Chemical dishwasher is still dispensing chlorine disinfectant at 50ppm. Ensure staff continue to test the dishwasher on a daily basis to verify the chlorine is between 50ppm to 100ppm on the dish surface. -Dishwasher was found to have a small leak by the drain pipe area. Have dishwasher serviced to repair leaking water. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
