Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Broccoli salad, cut cucumber, cut strawberries and feta cheese stored in the under the counter unit near the cold self-serving unit measured with internal food temperature of 19C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the feta cheese. Move Broccoli salad, cut cucumber and strawberries to a functional cooler. Cold potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less.

Observation: Under the counter cooler near cold self-serving unit measured with an ambient air temperature of 18C.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less is maintained. Do not store any potentially hazardous food in this cooler in the meantime. Correct by: March 16, 2020.

Observation: Sewer line connected to the high temperature dishwasher was not draining properly. Waste water from the dishwasher poured on to the floor and drained by the floor drain.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned sewer line to ensure waste water is drained properly. Correct by: March 16, 2020.
