302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher was ran twice and only reached 65-67 degrees C at the plate surface. Dishwasher does not appear to be draining correctly. Corrective Action(s): Do not use until it has been repaired. Ensure that the final rinse reaches 71 degrees C at the plate surface. Staff called in service person who is expected within an hour. To use disposable dishware and glasswasher until it has been addressed. Violation Score: 15

Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Sink and surface sanitizer was test and found to be within the required concentration limits. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. General sanitation is overall satisfactory. Glasswasher had a 12.5-25 PPM iodine residual. Good.
