Observation: Dishwasher was ran twice and only reached 65-67 degrees C at the plate surface.
Dishwasher does not appear to be draining correctly.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use until it has been repaired. Ensure that the final rinse reaches 71 degrees C at the plate surface. Staff called in service person who is expected within an hour. To use disposable dishware and glasswasher until it has been addressed.

Sink and surface sanitizer was test and found to be within the required concentration limits.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
General sanitation is overall satisfactory.
Glasswasher had a 12.5-25 PPM iodine residual. Good.
