Observation: Four live cockroaches were found in sticky traps underneath equipment on the counter. No live cockroaches were found anywhere else (entire premises checked).

-Ensure that all food items are placed in sealed, pest proof containers.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
